Who Am I?

I’m Alex Fraysse — a Performance Coach with specialties in Nutrition, Herbalism, Naturopathy and a lifelong explorer of what it truly means to thrive. My path has been anything but linear, but every twist has led me to this exact moment — guiding high performers, visionaries, and seekers to unlock their fullest potential through the Aligned Action Method.

The Start of the Journey

I started my journey at Harrow School, where I was immersed in an environment that fostered leadership, independent thinking, and bold ambition through a deep understanding of the pressures that come with high expectations. Surrounded by ambition and tradition, I developed a deep respect for excellence, discipline, and high performance planting the first seeds of my fascination with what drives success — and what it costs when we lose connection to ourselves along the way.

From Finance to Flow

My career began in the fast-paced world of finance — corporate banking, equity research, and corporate finance across London, Geneva, and Edinburgh. I was chasing the conventional markers of success: status, achievement, external validation. On paper, I was ‘making it.’ Internally, I was running on empty, burning out and my sense of purpose unravelling.

That personal tipping point forced me to pause and question everything — the way I worked, the way I lived, and what I actually wanted. It was the catalyst that led me to study Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, and Flow and Performance Coaching, diving deep into the science of human potential and the ancient tools that help unlock it.

That blend of cutting-edge performance science and holistic self-mastery is the foundation of the work I do today where I work with high performers — founders, creatives, and ambitious professionals — who’ve hit that invisible wall, helping them rebuild from the inside out.
