Hi my name is Alex and I'm a Nutritionist, Herbalist, Naturopath and Flow & Performance Coach, a fellow person ADHD.
I was diagnosed in 2019 and since then I've been a mission (with some side quests of course) to find the best ways to manage and turn ADHD into a force of nature as opposed to getting absolutely spanked by her and left reeling.

2 one to one sessions with me, one at the beginning and end of the program to make sure you are getting the most out of it!
I'll also be bringing in a good dose of humour and metaphors for life so your brain can retain everything!
